Payment Method: Cash on Home Delivery
We only accept cash on home delivery. You can pay for your order in cash when it arrives at your doorstep.
Return and Exchange Policy
We are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. Our return policy allows returns within 7 days of receiving your order for the following reasons:
- Size Mismatch: If the product doesn’t fit as expected.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the item arrives with defects or damage.
- Incorrect Item: If the item received is not what you ordered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags. Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Delivery Charges for Exchanges
For exchanges, customers are responsible for delivery charges, which will be handled through Pathao courier.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, and customers must cover return shipping costs.
Sale Products
Items purchased on sale can only be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability).
